Most of our competitors have complex pricing structures that are designed to be in-transparent in terms of the actual total fee you’ll end up paying. This will often be in the thousands of USD/EUR, and certainly not the few hundreds that you pay on your MAINFLOW subscription.
How can you make it so price-friendly compared to competitors?
At Mainflow, our overall mission is to help small and medium-sized businesses achieve their business goals. To increase revenue you need to also keep costs down. We know it, because we’ve been there ourselves. With that in mind, we are out to prove that it shouldn’t cost a ‘gazillion’ to have access to a fully-fledged CRM platform. On a more concrete level, we’ve spent several years in establishing partnerships with development partners all over the world for various functionalities on our platform. That’s the reason we’re able to keep costs down, which benefits you as our customer.
How does the feature list compare to that of competitors?
Comparing Mainflow to other platforms such as Hubspot, Pipedrive or Salesforce, you’ll see that Mainflow completely compares and in some areas even outshines the competition, despite our much lower pricepoint. We use another CRM system today – how do we switch to Mainflow?
Migration primarily centers around your email contact lists. If you use any of the standard CRM platforms on the market, you should be able to easily export your contacts in a CSV file. This file can then be imported into Mainflow with a few clicks so that you’re up and running as soon as possible.
What is ‘marketing automation’ exactly?
Marketing Automation is the concept of automating and managing as many sales, marketing and branding processes as possible. Most often you’ll need a CRM system and Marketing Automation platform for this. This is where Mainflow comes into the equation. On our platform you’ll be able to automate many of your marketing and branding activities such a publishing content on many social medias automatically and with precision segmentation. You’ll also be able to do email marketing in an automated way, again with precision segmentation to target various subsegments in your contact lists.
Is Mainflow only for micro- and small businesses?
No, not only. Companies and organizations of all sizes can gain from using our platform. However, when we develop features and functionality we mainly have micro and small-sized businesses in mind.
Can we customize our Mainflow app?
Your Mainflow platform is already white labeled, i.e. you can add your own logo and colors to the CRM module, emails, invoices, quotes and so on, and to your customer portals and much more. Should you have any other customization needs, feel free to raise a support ticket and we can in many case help you.
Do you offer onboarding services to help us get started?
Not currently, but we’re working on creating this service. And our great support team is always ready to help you get started. Moreover, we have an extensive Knowledge Base with many Getting Started guides and video tutorials.
How secure is the Mainflow platform?
As secure as any cloud based platform on the market. We use only the latest technology and have partnered with some of the most well-reputed hosting companies in the world. We deploy many security modules and functions to keep our platform secure. This includes hourly backups of everything as well as 24/7 scanning and monitoring of the platform.
How often do you add new features?
We add new features continuously, at least every quarter.
Will new features add to the price?
No, when you sign up for either Plan, you’ll have all current and coming features for that plan and for the price, you signed up with. If our pricing model and prices change in the future, you’ll be able to keep the subscription you initially signed up for (if you haven’t cancelled of course). We do however, reserve the right to increase prices with the rate of increase in inflation and when adding entirely new modules, those may be implemented on their own and with a new subscription plan.
