Team & Roles

Mainflow provides a robust role-based access control system with five distinct roles—four designed for team members and one specifically for clients. Each role is structured to align with different responsibilities within an organization. Below is a breakdown of the permissions associated with each team member role:

Administrator #

Administrators are users who already have admin privileges within the system. When integrated with Mainflow, they maintain full administrative control without limitations.

Permissions: #

  • Complete access to all features and settings in Mainflow.
  • Full control over the platform, ensuring seamless management of all operations.

Admin #

The Admin role is intended for users who need unrestricted access to Mainflow’s features while excluding any external tools not associated with Mainflow.

Permissions: #

  • Full access to every feature within Mainflow.
  • Exclusive authority to add Managers and Staff, fostering team collaboration.
  • Ability to monitor all activities performed by Managers and Staff, ensuring operational transparency.

Manager #

Managers are granted access to specific modules within Mainflow, allowing them to oversee designated areas efficiently.

Permissions: #

  • Can add Staff members as needed, facilitating dynamic team management.
  • Complete visibility into Staff activities to promote accountability and effective supervision.

Staff #

The Staff role is designed with restricted access, focusing on specific tasks within assigned modules.

Permissions: #

  • Can only view personal activity logs, ensuring privacy and focus on assigned responsibilities.
  • Restricted access to activities or leads added by other Staff, maintaining clear boundaries between tasks.
  • No access to the billing section, including Estimates and Invoices.

How to Add a Team Member #

To add a new team member in Mainflow:

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Mainflow.
  2. Click on Settings > Team tab.
  3. From here, assign roles such as Admin, Manager, or Staff.
