How to Add a VKontakte Account to Mainflow

Please follow the steps below to add VKontakte accounts to Mainflow:

  1. Go to Mainflow > Channels > VKontakte menu and click the “Add channel” button.
  2. Click the “Sign in with VKontakte” button.
  3. You also have the option to add the account using a Proxy.

– When the VKontakte authorization page appears, log into your account. The page will display the account name currently logged into the browser. If this isn’t the account you wish to add, or if you want to add a different account, log into the desired account in a new browser tab.

– After logging into your VKontakte account, an access token will be provided. Copy this token and paste it into the designated input field, then click the “Add” button.

– Mainflow uses the official VKontakte API. An alert will inform you that you should not add your account token to any untrusted websites. If you add the token to other websites or share it, they will have long-term access to your account. Instead, you should copy the URL and add it to your own website.

– When adding your credentials, account cookie values, or social network API tokens to other auto-posting services, be aware that your credentials and accounts may be compromised. This is a key advantage of using Mainflow. Unlike other auto-posting services, Mainflow ensures 100% privacy. Other platforms may store your access token on their servers, putting your data at risk. Mainflow, however, operates independently from our server. All your data is stored on your server, in your database. We do not access or collect your data.

– Click the channels to add them to the system or click the >> button to add all of them at once.

– Activate your channels to share posts automatically whenever new posts are published. If you don’t activate the channels, you will need to manually add them whenever you want to share specific posts.

– You can activate channels conditionally by selecting specific taxonomies, ensuring that certain posts are shared or excluded on particular channels. This setting will only apply to auto-posts.

– The “Customize content” option allows you to assign specific content for this channel, which will override the default social network content settings.

– Additionally, you can enable or edit proxy credentials without reauthorizing the channel.

– Since channels are activated, they will appear in the Mainflow section when publishing new posts. Once published, the system will automatically share the posts on these channels;

– In the Permissions tab, you can grant other users access to use the channels in their Mainflow dashboard. You can permit them to share posts only, or allow full access to manage the channel and edit its settings.

– In the Labels tab, you can organize channels into specific groups, making it easier to add a group of channels to the Planners or Schedules instead of adding them one by one.

– Now, you can easily filter channels by label and click the >> button to add them all at once for sharing;
