Add Contact Organization

For leads, deals, estimates, and invoices, there is always a contact associated with each. While creating a lead, deal, invoice, or estimate, you can create a new contact, but the option to add an organization is not available directly in the popup form. The organization must be added manually, as multiple people can belong to the same organization. Therefore, this feature should be managed carefully.

To add a contact organization, go to the Admin Dashboard:

  1. Click on Mainflow > Contacts.
  2. Choose the Organization tab.
  3. Click on the Add Organization or Let’s Start Adding button.

After clicking on the button, you will see the add new organization form

  1. Fill up your organization’s necessary information
  2. Click on the Save button
