Please note that this feature is not available to users on the freelancer plan. You will need the agency plan or higher to access the package feature.
In the first step, you must choose whether the package is a one-time service or a recurring service. If the client is required to pay for the service every month or at specific intervals, select the recurring service option.

You can add all the text and images you must display for the service in the content section. You can also use rich formatting to organize the texts more professionally.

The pricing section provides details about the costs and charges for the service, and you can also define the currency. This allows you to set different currencies for various service packages, if needed. Additionally, you have the option to enable multiple payment methods.

When receiving an order, it’s important to gather specific information to fully understand the project brief and ensure clear communication. You can enhance this process by adding custom fields and utilizing different types of input fields as needed.

The process for adding a custom field is outlined below. For example, when offering a content marketing service, I may want to know the type of content required, so I use a multiple-select option to allow the client to choose from various content types. You can include different input fields such as plain text, numbers, dates, and more.

The settings section currently allows you to assign a team member to handle the service package.

At the final step, a preview of the package content will appear to confirm that all information has been correctly added. Take the time to review everything carefully, and once satisfied, click the publish button.

After successfully publishing a service package, you’ll see a confirmation notification.
