Package Overview

The package feature is available on both the backend and frontend, allowing the platform manager and owner to create service packages. Whether you’re offering one-time or recurring services, this feature helps you design various service packages that clients can directly order.

From the client’s perspective, the packages will appear on their dashboard as shown below:

When a client clicks on a service package card, they’ll be able to view all related details.

You can enable multiple payment options and mark them as active. The client will then see a dropdown menu with all available options and can select the one they prefer. For bank payments, an option to upload a file will be provided, allowing clients to submit a photo of their bank deposit.

Clients can view all their orders in the orders section, where each order’s status—whether accepted, in progress, or any other custom status you set—will be clearly displayed.
