Service Settings

To configure service packages and their settings, navigate to Mainflow > Settings > Service.

Service packages can have various statuses, allowing you to control their availability for orders or keeping them in the back office for future use. You can also add custom statuses to better organize the packages.

The order settings work similarly. You can assign different statuses to orders to help clients better understand the current stage. Custom statuses can also be added here, with the option to assign colors.

Request settings are pre-configured with a range of colors and statuses, but you can add more or modify the existing ones to suit your needs.

Payment methods are managed through the Payment Options menu in the settings. You’ll need to create payment options in a dedicated menu, and they will be available here. Multiple payment methods can be used across the system for different purposes. There’s no need to use the same methods for both invoices and service packages, but you can choose to use them interchangeably if needed.
