Weekly Email Summary

Mainflow offers numerous features for notifying admins when someone submits a form. You can receive instant email or SMS notifications, send your data directly to your CRM, or even get alerts in your Slack channel. However, tracking individual submissions can become challenging when you have hundreds of entries or a few submissions from an older form.

You will get a summary of your form submissions on a particular day every week through the Weekly Email Summary feature. And also get an overall idea of how your forms are performing.

  • The site admin will receive the email every Monday by default. However, you can change the day and customize recipient emails by navigating to Mainflow → Settings → Email Summaries. You can also disable this feature if it doesn’t suit your needs.
